Our Barrel-aged loose-leaf tea is aged in the highest quality Irish Whiskey barrels that were once used to produce some of Irelands finest whiskeys.
Using carefully selected black loose-leaf tea from Kenya, we age the tea in seasoned Oak Irish Whiskey Barrels, rolling them daily for months, to infuse the flavours into the tea.
Unlike our coffee, our Barrel-Aged tea has a very subtle whiskey flavour that develops as you drink it. The Barrel-Aging process imparts sweetness and a slight oak flavour to give a delicious tea. And as a bonus, it comes in a beautiful tin!
